The secret to optimizing your fertility

Here’s the secret to increases your chances at having a baby. It doesn’t matter if you’re doing things naturally or using IUI or IVF.

The secret is to get your body to work as best as it possibly can.

That’s what I do with Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine. I find subtle imbalances and help to correct them so you have the best eggs you can make, the best uterine environment possible & all of the right fertility factors in place.

Let me break it down for you.

For women, we use your monthly cycle as an indicator of overall fertility health. So first step is to normalize it. We found that 28 days is optimal with 4 days of bleeding and ovulation on cycle day 14.

We also want plenty of healthy cervical mucus around ovulation so the sperm can stay alive.

You shouldn’t have any cramps or PMS symptoms around bleeding. Those are signs of hormone imbalance and you don’t have to love with them.

Cycles that are too short or too long can reduce your fertility potential by 50%.

The length of time you bleed and the quality of your blood is an indicator of your uterine lining health.

If you ovulate on your own but it’s early or late, the implantation is difficult because the uterine environment might not be perfect.

So it’s a careful balance to get this all right.

When it comes to men, we need plenty of strong, quick, smart swimmers.

The good news is Chinese a medicine has been working on fixing these problems for 2,000 years. And even for difficult cases, Chinese Medicine usually has an answer.
