Schedule My Pain Mapping Visit★★★★★“Dr. Hanson is fantastic! I had been dealing with some ongoing pain and tightness in my lower back, glute, and right hip. I had been to see massage therapist, chiropractor, and PT…nothing was helping. After only 2 visits with Dr. Hanson, I am back to running, biking and swimming. Thank you!!”
★★★★★“I Highly recommend Dr. Hanson. Dry needling has helped my mobility incredibly. I went in a few months back for a frozen shoulder. After a few treatments I can move my shoulder and neck easily. I no longer wake up in pain. This is really given me hope and honestly my life back. Dr. Hanson is professional, knowledgeable and very kind.”
★★★★★“This has truly been life-changing. I used to need weekly chiropractic visits for my neck because my muscles kept causing it to go out. Since starting care here, I haven’t been back to the chiropractor in six months. I feel better than I have in years.”
Individual results vary.

Treat where it hurts. Stretch what feels tight. Strengthen what feels weak.
Sometimes that helps. But when the same pain keeps coming back, there’s usually more going on than the painful spot itself.
We look at what’s painful, what’s overloaded, what isn’t moving well, and how your nerves, muscles, and joints are working together.
Then we build the treatment around what we find.
Find the problem. Treat it in the right order. Reassess. Adjust.
Your examination guides which treatments make sense and in what order.
Helps reduce nerve sensitivity, regulate pain signals, and improve movement.
Used for trigger points, muscle guarding, tendon problems, and movement imbalances.
Calms pain and supports longer-term repair in stubborn tendon, fascia, and ligament problems.
Prolotherapy and Prolozone support injured ligaments, tendons, and joints.
More than a decade of experience recognizing patterns in stubborn muscle, joint, and nerve pain.
Doctoral training in acupuncture with a focus on orthopedics and integrative pain management.
Your examination determines which tools we use, where we use them, and in what order.

Meet Your Doctor
For more than a decade, Dr. Hanson has focused on helping people with stubborn muscle, joint, and nerve pain understand what keeps bringing it back—and what to do next.
Doctoral training and extensive clinical experience in orthopedic acupuncture, neurofunctional acupuncture, electroacupuncture, and dry needling.
Focused use of prolotherapy, Prolozone, perineural therapy, and trigger point injections when the examination shows they fit the plan.
No. Acupuncture is one tool we use. Your visit is built around hands-on pain mapping, orthopedic assessment, targeted treatment, and rechecking your response.
Usually, yes. The first visit is designed to be both diagnostic and therapeutic when appropriate.
Not always. Imaging can be useful, but many pain generators do not show clearly on imaging. We compare imaging with your symptoms, exam, movement, palpation, and treatment response.
It depends on what we find. Some problems respond quickly. Chronic tissue problems, old injuries, nerve sensitivity, and poor tissue capacity usually need a longer plan.
We commonly treat neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, sciatica, migraines, headaches, knee pain, hip pain, plantar fasciitis, tendon pain, nerve irritation, and old injuries.
Care may include acupuncture, dry needling, shockwave therapy, prolotherapy, perineural injection therapy, electroacupuncture, trigger point injections, acupotomy, or other targeted techniques.
